O nosso método
Com base na filosofia Ashtanga Yoga (8 membros de Patanjali) e no método Vinyasa (Khrisnamacharya), a nossa prática integra a interligação com a Natureza e o potencial Humano. Utilizamos elementos como a Lua, o Sol, as Estações do Ano e o calendário Lunisolar para alinhar práticas e intenções. A nossa abordagem é baseada na ciência e centrada numa forma de vida prática, inclusiva e funcional.
A nossa filosofia baseia-se em assegurar - igualmente - a prática ativa dos primeiros 4 membros de Patanjali: Yama (disciplinas éticas), Niyama (auto-observação), Asana (posturas), Pranayama (controlo da respiração), assegurando um desenvolvimento natural dos últimos 4 membros de Patanjali: Pratyahara (abstração dos sentidos), Dharana (concentração), Dhyana (meditação) e Samadhi (um estado feliz de alegria e paz).
Encorajamos a experiência do yoga a ser um sistema completo, tanto dentro como fora do tapete, e os asanas a serem mais do que um simples exercício; é uma experiência consciente e contínua que conduz a uma forma de vida mais preenchida e saudável.
