Ready to take the next step on your yoga journey and step into your power as a certified yoga teacher?
Gaya offers basic yoga teacher trainings (200 hours), as well as advanced yoga teacher trainings (100 hours and 300 hours) for those who have already completed their basic studies.
Whether you want to start a career in yoga teaching, or simply deepen your personal practice and improve your mind-body-soul connection, Gaya's yoga teacher trainings (YTTs) will give you the tools you need to get there.
What makes Gaya's YTTs different?
We will teach you how to teach yoga.
Many YTTs teach yoga from a very limited perspective. The curriculum often focuses on how to teach a specific yoga sequence and provides little or no context about the bigger picture of the practice. The result is that newly trained teachers feel rootless, underqualified, and lacking the confidence and support they need to continue their teaching journey.
At Gaya, we don't treat teaching yoga like a game of Simon Says. Instead, we encourage students to embody the principles of the practice so they can approach teaching from a place of pure intention and true understanding.
