The Invitation
A truly special immersion is unfolding—a gathering where silence and sound meet in perfect harmony. This immersion invites participants to step away from the noise of everyday life and immerse themselves in a sanctuary of stillness, music, and mindful movement.
The experience is guided by a team of seasoned facilitators—accomplished musicians whose artistry opens doors to deep emotional landscapes, and experienced yoga practitioners who bring a grounding presence and a deep understanding of the body-mind connection that leads to inspired action.

Allow silence telling you what you need to hear.
Use this time for a digital detox—no cell phones or laptops allowed.
You will be given the opportunity to rest, sleep, and recover through specific exercises and proper nutrition. Please let us know in advance if you have insomnia or any sleep disorders.
We suggest that you keep a journal of your retreat experience.
