We like to do things a little differently as a cookie cutter approach doesn’t work for everyone…
Every BODY is different and every MIND is filled with diverse & unique thoughts. (Approx. 6000 a day! pending your hours of sleep) - at Gaya Immersions, our practice is Ashtanga based BUT Sara will guide you throughout different techniques. Sara believes in the Power of Now and its resonance with what each person needs from moment to moment.
SURF
Nothing clears the mind like going for a surf.
Surfing not only improves your physical fitness but also clears your mind and acts as an emotional stabilizer. Its Zen effect soothes the mind and balances your emotions.
We will have five surf lessons with one of the most recognized surf schools of Bali - Dream Surf Livin - step by step you will learn how to catch your first waves of Padang Padang in a consistent and beautiful way.
CULTURE
One of Bali’s six key temples, Uluwatu Temple, is locally known as Pura Luhur Uluwatu (Luhur meaning ‘something of divine origin’).
Honoring the culture and origins of Bali, we will be able to assist a Kecak Trance Dance - an old ritual performed almost every day during sunset representing the daily drama between two opposite forces

With sustainability at its core, Suarga Padang Padang was predominantly built with recuperated wood, local Javanese bamboo, and locally made limestone bricks, while villagers on the island of Sumba were employed to collect the natural stone used in the resort’s construction.
For ongoing water usage, Suarga harvests and recycles approximately one million litres of rainwater via flat rooftops, and the resort also produces more energy than its total consumption per day from solar panels.
Perched atop a cliff and offering panoramic views of the Indian Ocean, Suarga Padang Padang is the proverbial jewel in the crown of Bali’s rustic Bukit Peninsula.
