100-h Advanced Yoga Foundations is a transformational immersion into the philosophical, energetic and cosmological origins of yoga.
More than a course, it is an initiation into the universal principles that underlie every lineage, tradition and modern method. It is open to every practitioner who has a regular practice and aims to understand other layer and perception of the practice.
Designed as an essential module applicable toward any lineage of practice, this training integrates ancient wisdom with contemporary embodiment in a way that is both universal and deeply relevant to today’s practitioners.
Rooted in the lunar calendar, seasonal cycles and cosmic intelligence, the program reveals how time, nature and celestial rhythms shape practice, breath, awareness and inner alignment.
You will observe and interpret the hidden language of the asanas - their symbolic meaning, subtle effects, mythic origins and their connection with archetypal forces. Throughout the immersion, you learn to practice, sequence and teach in harmony with the natural and cosmic cycles that have always guided yoga, yet are often forgotten in contemporary approaches.
This 100h training is open to practitioners of all levels, from dedicated students to seasoned teachers seeking deeper roots.
For those already certified by yoga alliance international this module counts toward completing a 300h, 500h, or 800h advanced yoga certification.
